II II Abstract With the coming of the knowledge economy,the human society is experiencing profound reforms. HR is becoming more and more important for the existence and development of an enterprise. Someone anticipates that the economical competition in 21century would be mainly technological and intellective competitions, which are essentially the competitions in the development and management of human resources and the application of the potential ability. Management in many enterprises is still based on experience in China; it is still the traditional model in human resource management. It’s the core task of modern human resources management and chief responsibility of the managers about how to take human resource as a kind of active resource to develop and use and how to enhance employees activity and initiative. This paper is based on the first-hand data through the author’s personal research in HuBei Tri-ring Clutch Co. LTD(shorted by TR Company). This paper uses such researching methods as combining the formal theory with the reality, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. Oriented by the practical problems, the paper researches correlating problems existing in the HRM of the Three-ring company. Firstly, the paper introduces the researching purposes, meanings, contents and methods. Then, the paper sets forth the main theories involved in HRM, such as Taylor’s scientific management theory and Herzberg’s two-factor motivation theory. Then the paper gives an introduction to the Three-ring company’s basic information, the current situations and main problems in HRM. Finally, on the basis of analysis, the paper puts forward the solutions to solve the HRM problems in the Three-ring company. As for the feasibility and effects, practice will be needed to prove it. Because of my limit knowledge and experience, the deepness of this paper is not enough. My dear teachers , please point out all the careless mistakes for me. Key words: Human Resource Management
