对伤口造口患者行规范化护理管理效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 探?规范化护理管理对伤口造口患者的影响效果。方法 选择2015年7月～2016年7月期间我院收治的96例伤口造口患者，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，各48例。对照组患者给予常规伤口造口护理，观察组在对照组基础上对其实施规范化护理管理，记录两组患者护理后伤口造口评分情况及压疮发生情况，同时比较两组患者护理满意度。结果 观察组伤口评分[（94.87±0.75）分]、造口评分[（95.47±0.51）分]及失禁评分[（97.25±1.01）分]均显著高于对照组 [（45.38±1.68）分、（37.62±1.25）分、（48.66±1.52）分]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组发生高危压疮发生率（0.0%）及总发生率（6.25%）均低于对照组（8.33%、22.92%），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组临床护理满意度为95.83%（46例），对照组为72.92%（35例），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在伤口造口患者的护理中实施规范化护理管理可显著改善患者伤口创口评分，减少患者压疮发生率，应用效果显著，对改善临床护理满意度具有积极促进意义，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词]伤口造口；规范化护理管理；效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）04（a）-0188-03 　　Analysis of the effect of nursing management of patients with ostomy wound code 　　LIU Chun-mei CHEN Ying-fang CHEN Ting 　　Department of Gastroenterology，Ganzhou Municipal Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing management on patients with wound stoma.Methods 96 cases of patients with wound stoma in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group，each with a total of 48 cases.The control group was treated with conventional ostomy wound nursing，the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of standardized management of nursing records，two groups of patients after nursing and scored ostomy wound incidence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results the observation group wound score [（94.87±0.75）points]，stoma [（95.47±0.51）points] score and incontinence score [（97.25±1.01）points] was significantly higher than the control group [（45.38±1.68），（37.62±1.25）points] and [（48.66±1.52）points]，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）；observation group high incidence of pressure ulcers （0%） and the total incidence rate （6.25%） was lower than that of the control group （8.33%） and （22.92%），the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The clinical nursing satisfacti
