Retrospective Study on correlation between TCM symptom factors regular and cystatin C level from 200 cases of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy Abstract Objective: (1)To review the TCM symptom factors regular of 200 cases of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. (2)To analysis the relationship between TCM symptom factors and cystatinC in these cases patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy and TCM symptom factors were diagnosed level Ⅰ. Methods: A total of 200 early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 1, 2010 to February 2012 , 29 have been diagnosed, whose BUN or Scr always on the normal level but CysC or mAlb is abnormal, that is before CKD 4 group. These cases should have been diagnosed meet CysC＞1.20mg/L. To review their general information, and summary the TCM symptom factors regular. Use the SPSS17.0 Statistics software package for statistical analysis, summary 200 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy symptom factrss regular and induct the common Chinese medicine syndrome patterns. The same time, to research the correlation between the TCM symptom factors regular and CysC level from the patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy TCM symptom factors were diagnosed level Ⅰ. Results: (1) Retrospective study pointed out: kidney is the highest points in symptom factors, followed by spleen and meridian; one of kidney, spleen, meridian and liver, heart, lung, stomach were significantly different(P0.05); kidney and spleen, the meridian has significant difference(P0.05).
