macrophages and cell factors.The result revealed that Bao Yuanling could improve the ability of clearing carbon particles in mice, which was helpful to promote the immune function of mice. Bao Yuanling could induce the ability of macrophages devouring neutral red in mice,and improve its level of energy metabolism.The effective additive scope of Bao Yuanling was 0.25 μg/ mL～1.5μg/ mL. The phagocytosis ability of macrophages will be the strongest and the level of cell energy metabolism will be the highest when concentration of drug was 1.5 μg/ mL. The creation of IL-2 could be promoted by Bao Yuanling in the suitable does range, which could significantly improve the action of cell mediated immune in the cell level . Using the methods of Optical microscope and TUNEL, it was indicated that Bao Yuanling was harmful to nuclei and cell organ of tumor cell ,which coused the tumor cell into apoptosis and necrosis.[0] The mRNA expression of genes related to mitochondrial respiratory chain and tumor proliferation were assayed by RT-PCR. The results found that Bao Yuanling decreased the mRNA expression of genes related to mitochondrial respiratory chain such as NDUFS1、 SUCLG1 and damaged functions of mitochondrial in tumor cell.In addition,The mRNA expression of anti-oncogene PTEN、P21 were increased and oncogene AKT1、AKT2 were inhibited by Bao Yuanling.
