第 第 PAGE 10 页 Application of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive in Urological surgery Abstract Objective:To observe and investigate the application of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive in different urological surgical incisions，to analyse the effect and security of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive in different surgical incisions， and then to evaluate the effect of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive in Urological surgery。 Method:According to different urological surgical incisions，we divide the reseach objects into three groups ： Kidney surgery group 15 cases ， all cases use α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive to close surgical incision；Inguinal region group 189 cases；Scrotum area group 80 cases。In inguinal region group and scrotum area group，according to the different closure incision methods，we divide the reseach objects into some subgroups，In inguinal region group，it contains silk group 34 cases，suture absorbable(vicryl) group 40 cases，skin stapler group 69 cases，and medical adhesive group 46 cases；In scrotum area group，it contains silk group 51 cases，and medical adhesive group 29 cases；To observe and analyse the intertion status of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate Medical adhesive jointed incision in kidney surgery group, inguinal region group and scrotum area groups；And to compare the difference of group Medical adhesive with group traditional suture methods on repairing time,postoperation in-hospital time,incision pain,scar after surgery and intertion staus in B and C groups。The data were statistically analyzed；Statistical methods：SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis。 Results:The results showed that the effect of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate medical adhesive jointed incision in Inguinal region and Scrotum area group is superior to the Kidney group；Class-A healing rate of α-N-Butylcyanoacrylate medical adhesive jointed incision in Inguinal region and Scrotum area significantly higher than Kidney group；No matter in Inguinal re
