上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文AB 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT II II DIRECT CURRENT MOTORS SERIES ZKTD LARGE-SIZE FOR MINE HOISTS ABSTRACT The ZKTD series electrical machinery which is developed and designed by our company independently is a main-drive direct-connected direct current motor specially used for the mine hoist. This series electrical machinerys main feature is the electrical machinery does not have shaft and bearing seat, uses the taper sleeve hydraulic pressure joint structure for joining with the elevator. Its advantage is covering a smaller area, costing less money, lower noises and convenient for maintenance. Compared with the same type of ZD series electrical machinery, its single weight is lighter than the ZD series’ by about 30% , compared with the same type of import machinery ,its price is only 1/3 of the import machinery, and has the extensive market prospect. The design and the manufacture of this series electrical machinery are base on absorbing the advanced technology of Siemens Company .Thus, the electromagnetism parameters and mechanism parameters of this series electrical machinery are in the domestic advanced standard, and achieve the international advanced level. This article introduced the ZKTD mine hoist direct current motors spectrum design in detail, the standardization design, the universalized design, the electrical machinery hanging draw bail and the fully quantity analysis confirmation of the taper sleeve hydraulic pressure joint, electrical machinerys insulation structure and the characteristic, the III III equalizer structure and the computation, electrical machinerys interior and exterior spare part structure, the tentative data confirmation, the matters needing attention for using and maintenance of the electrical machinery and the electromagnetism computation and the design of computer program for retrieval.
