小天使病房评选在儿科病区优质护理服务中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨“小天使病房”评选在儿科病区优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法：针对儿科特点，制定“小天使病房”评选标准，对符合标准的病房授予“小天使病房”流动红旗，悬挂在病房门口，并发放奖品给该病房患儿。将评选活动实施前后患儿家属满意度、病房管理质量、医生对护士满意度等各项指标进行比较。结果：“小天使病房”评选活动实施后，病房月平均质量分（98.00±1.24）分明显高于实施前的（93.00±1.69）分，患儿家属满意度97.0%明显高于实施前的92.0%，医生对护士满意度97.5%明显高于实施前的90.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：“小天使病房”评选对深化儿科病区优质护理服务活动具有积极的推动作用。 　　【关键词】 小天使病房； 评选； 推动； 儿科病区； 优质服务 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of the appraisal and election of “Little Angel Sickroom” in superior nursing service of pediatric ward.Method：According to the characteristics of pediatric，we established the standard of the appraisal and election of “Little Angel Sickroom” and awarded the standardized sickroom a floating red flag of “Little Angel Sickroom” hanging at the doorway of ward and provided award to the children patient.The satisfaction of the parents，quality of sickroom management，doctors’ satisfaction on nurses before and after the activity were compared.Result：After implementation of the appraisal and election of “Little Angel Sickroom”，the monthly average quality score of sickroom was （98.00±1.24）scores，which was significantly higher than （93.00±1.69）scores of before implementation，the satisfaction of the parents was （97.0%） significantly higher than 92.0% of before implementation，the doctors’ satisfaction on nurses was （97.5%） significantly higher than 90.0% of before implementation，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The appraisal and election of “Little Angel Sickroom” has a positive promoting effect on deepening the superior nursing service of pediatric ward. 　　【Key words】 Little Angel Sickroom； Appraisal and election； Promotion； Pediatric ward； Superior service 　　First-author’s address： Jingzhou Maternal and Child Care Hospital，Jingzhou 434020，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.35.028 　　护理工作是医院工作的重要部分，护理质量也是医院质量的重要组成部分，也是护理管理的核心和关键[1-2]。优质护理服务是医疗改革的重要内容之一，为患者提供全程、专业、人性化的优质护理服务，促进其身心健康，是医院管理者和护理人员应尽的责任和义务[3]。原卫生
