硕士研究生毕业论文 硕士研究生毕业论文 i i 中文提要 目的： 1.整理《内经》中关于“消渴”病的论述，恢复《内经》“消渴”病理论的原貌。 2.整理历代“消渴”病相关理论及重要医家关于“消渴”病的论述，并与《内经》 “消渴”病理论进行比对。 3.找出现行“三消”理论与《内经》“消渴”病理论的差别，并对不同之处进行 比较分析。 4.区别“三消”理论与《内经》“消渴”病理论的优缺点，以期能更好的指导临 床实践，提高疗效。 方法： 1.以“消瘅”“消渴”“脾瘅”等为关键词，对《内经》进行检索，并对相关条文 进行分析，以理清《内经》“消渴”理论的构建。 2.以“消瘅”“消渴”“脾瘅”等为关键词，对《内经》成书以后的 50 多部医籍 进行检索，并对相关条文及论述进行分析 3. 找出现行“消渴”理论与《内经》“消渴”理论的差别，并对不同之处进行比 较分析。 4.收集临床“消渴”病例及特征性症状指标进行统计分析，对《内经》“消渴” 病与五脏关系进行佐证。 结果： 1.全面整理了《内经》“消渴”病理论。 2.全面梳理了《内经》“消渴”病理论发展脉络和“三消”理论发展概况。 3.对《内经》“消渴”病理论和“三消”理论进行了对比分析。并进行了临床病 例的收集和相关资料统计分析。 结论： 1.《内经》“消渴”病理论明确指出五脏与“消渴”病皆有密切联系 2.现行“三消”理论以肺、胃、肾对应上、中、下三消在脏腑辨证上有失偏颇。 3.临床治疗“消渴”病需要重视五脏均与“消渴”病有密切关系，不能忽略了心、 肝、脾等脏在“消渴”病中的影响。 关键词：内经 消渴 三消 五脏 再认识 ii ii Objective Abstract Sort out the discussion on xiaoke( similar to diabetes) and restore the original theory in Neijing classic. Sort out the theory of xiaoke in different times and discussion of outstanding doctors, and compare the theory of xiaoke with them in Neijing classic. To find out the current theory of “san xiao” and the difference with Neijing classic and analyze them. Find out the advantages and disadvantages of theory of “san xiao” between the Neijing classic and the different times in order to guide clinical practice better and improve the therapeutic effect. Methods Retrieve xiaodan ,xiaoke, pidan as key words in Neijing classic and analyze the relevant provisions in order to clarify the structure of the theory of xiaoke. Retrieve xiaodan, xiaoke, pidan as key words in 50 medical books after Neijing classic and analyze the relevant provisions. To find out the current theory of “san xiao” and the difference with Neijing classic and analyze them. Collect clinical “xiao ke” cases and appropriate symptoms index to analyze statistically, and provide evidence for the theory of “xiao ke” in Neijing classic. Results Sort out the the original theory on xiaoke in Neijing classic . Review the context and overview of theoretical development on xiaoke after the age of Neijing classic
