疼痛敏感性对腰椎滑脱患者手术后疗效的影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨疼痛敏感性对腰椎滑脱患者手术后疗效的影响。方法 选取2014年7月～2015年12月我院收治的68例腰椎滑脱患者进行回顾性分析，均采用PLIF手术治疗。按术前PSQ评分分为LPSQ组（PSQ得分6.5分）和HPSQ组（PSQ评分≥6.5分），每组各34例。随访其手术疗效。结果 HPSQ组患者术前、术后末次随访的VAS及ODI评分均高于LPSQ组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；HPSQ组患者术后VAS、末次随访ODI评分改善分数低于LPSQ组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 相比疼痛敏感性低的患者，疼痛敏感性高的患者在腰椎滑脱手术后的疼痛和残疾改善较少，PSQ可用于腰椎滑脱手术后的手术疗效评估。 　　[关键词]疼痛敏感性；疼痛敏感性问卷；手术疗效；腰椎滑脱 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0093-03 　　Influence of pain sensitivity on postoperative efficacy in patients undergoing lumbar spondylolisthesis 　　HE Bin1 WANG Yong-mei2 ZHANG Shao-wei1▲ 　　1.Department of Orthopedics，Bishan People′s Hospital of Chongqing City，Chongqing 402760，China；2.Operation Room，Bishan People′s Hospital of Chongqing City，Chongqing 402760，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the influence of pain sensitivity on postoperative efficacy in patients undergoing lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods From July 2014 to December 2015，68 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were provided with posterior lumbar interbody fusion （PLIF）.According to the preoperative personal strain questionnaire （PSQ） score，they were divided into low PSQ （PSQ6.5） and high PSQ group （PSQ≥6.5），34 cases in each group.The surgical effects were followed up.Results The scores of visual analogue scale （VAS） and ODI before surgery and last follow-up visit after surgery in the high PSQ group were all higher than those in the low PSQ group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The improvement scores of postoperative VAS and ODI at the last follow-up visit after surgery in the high PSQ group were lower than those in the low PSQ group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with patients with low pain sensitivity，improvement of pain and disability in high pain sensitivity patients after lumbar spondylolisthesis is not remarkable.PSQ can be used to evaluate the efficacy of lumbar spondyl
