对医药商业公司销售代表转型探讨 　　摘 要 目的：探讨医疗卫生体制改革背景下医药商业公司销售代表的转型发展。方法：从医药商业公司内部、医药行业、政府管理、社会环境等方面分析销售代表面临的问题，并提出相关转型建议。结果与结论：医药商业公司销售代表是连接医药商业公司、医疗机构和药品生产企业的纽带，在医疗卫生体制改革背景下，其职能弱化、发展方向不明确。我们结合现有政策，提出了相应的建议，以便明确销售代表向服务模式和销售模式转型的方向。 　　关键词 医药商业 销售代表 转型 　　中图分类号：F715.2； F717.5 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）23-0066-03 　　Discussion on the transformation of pharmaceutical sales representatives 　　CAO Zongbin， GU Bin 　　（Department of New Drug Research， Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.， Shanghai 200000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the transformation and development of the pharmaceutical sale representative under the background of the medical and health system reform. Methods： The sale representatives-facing challenges were analyzed from several aspects including the interior of medicine enterprises， pharmaceutical industry， government management， social working environment and so on and some relevant suggestions were proposed. Results Conclusion： Pharmaceutical sale representative is a bond connected among pharmaceutical commercial companies， medical institutions and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The functions of the sale representative have been weakening under the background of medical and health system reform and their development direction is not clear. Therefore， we propose some relevant suggestions by combining with the existing policy so as to define the direction shifting from the sale model to the service model. 　　KEY WORDS pharmaceutical business； sale representative； transformation 　　医药商业公司销售代表是连接医药商业公司、医疗机构和药品生产企业的纽带，主要负责协助医疗机构药剂科合理采购，正确地宣传药品的安全性、有效性，辅助医疗机构合理用药；收集药品使用信息，及时向生产企业反馈，帮助其尽快找到处置办法；了解医疗机构药剂科的需求，提供科学的药学服务[1]。医药商业公司销售代表也是医疗机构药剂科工作人员不断获取药品市场信息和药学知识的重要渠道之一[2]。目前，处于一线的销售代表，更多承担完成商业公司销售业绩的任务，通过不断提高医疗机构采购数量，来达成自身销售指标，实现业绩增长，但我国大力推进医疗卫生体制改革，医药商业公司受到的冲击较大，销售代表职能发生了很大的改变，由此引发出了种种问题。本文探讨我国医药商业公司销售代表的职能定位及在目前医疗卫生体制改革背景下遇到的问题，对销售代表的转型提出合理化建议。 　　1 医疗卫生体制改革背景 　　国务院常务会议明确了2016年深化医药卫生体制改革的重点，会议提出多项医改具体的数据和目标，包括将城市公立医院综合改革试点城市由100个扩大到200个；在全国70%左右的地市开展分级诊疗试点，力争全部三
