对比超声弹性成像和常规超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探析超声弹性成像和常规超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的临床价值。方法 方便选取该院在2013年6月―2016年12月期间收治的114例乳腺肿瘤患者，入院后先后进行常规检查和超声弹性成像检查，并与手术病理结果进行比较，分析两组良恶性鉴别结果、诊断符合率、误诊率等。结果 114例共137个病灶，其中良性病灶85个，恶性病灶52个。常规超声检查85个良性病灶，呈现良性75例，10误诊为恶性，52个恶性病灶，46例诊断为恶性，5例误诊为良性。诊断符合率为（121/137）88.32%、恶性敏感度为（46/52）88.46%、特异性为（75/85）88.24%；超声弹性成像检查85个良性病灶，呈现良性80例，5误诊为恶性，52个恶性病灶，51例诊断为恶性，1例误诊为良性。诊断符合率为（131/137）95.62%、恶性敏感度为（51/52）98.08%、特异性为（80/85）94.12%。超声弹性呈现诊断正确率92.70%与常规超声81.02%比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断，以超声弹性成像检查的价值高，准确率高，优于常规超声检查结果，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 超声弹性成像；常规超声；良恶性；乳腺肿瘤；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（b）-0183-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonography and conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods A total of 114 patients with breast cancer admitted in this hospital from June 2013 to December 2016 were conveniently selected in this study. Routine examination and ultrasonographic imaging were performed after admission. The results were compared with those of surgical pathology. The diagnostic results， diagnostic coincidence rate， misdiagnosis rate were analyzed in the two groups. Results There were 137 lesions in 114 cases， including 85 benign lesions and 52 malignant lesions. 85 benign lesions of routine ultrasound examination， 75 cases of benign， 10 misdiagnosed as malignant， 52 malignant lesions， 46 cases were diagnosed as malignant， 5 cases were misdiagnosed as benign.
