延续性护理干预对慢阻肺患者肺功能及生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨延续性护理干预对慢阻肺患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2014年10月～2015年10月在我院就诊的慢阻肺患者共131例，随机分为对照组（n=65）与观察组（n=66），对照组患者接受慢阻肺常规护理，观察组患者接受延续性护理干预。比较两组患者出院3个月后肺功能及生活质量评分。 结果 观察组患者肺功能指标FEV1、MMEF、FVC明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者生活质量QOL-100评分中心理领域、生理领域、社会领域得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 延续性护理干预对慢阻肺患者有较好的护理效果，能有效地提高肺功能及生活质量，简单易实施，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 延续性护理；慢阻肺；肺功能；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R563 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0177-03 　　The effect of continuous nursing intervention on pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 　　CHEN Rui-jun 　　Department of the Second Internal Medicine，the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Meizhou in Guangdong Province，Meizhou 514011，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 131 patients with COPD were selected from October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital，all patients were randomly divided into control group （n=65） and observation group （n=66），the control group received routine nursing care，the observation group received continuous nursing intervention.The pulmonary function and quality of life were compared between two groups after 3 months of discharged. Results Patients in observation with lung function indexes of FEV1，MMEF and FVC were significantly higher than that of control group，with siginificant difference（P0.05）.The quality of life socres （QOL-100） in the field of social，physiological and psychological the was higher than that of control group，with siginificant difference （P0.05）.
