The sixth chapter is the countermeasure of Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir area innovation mechanism against poverty. This chapter mainly combines the causes with the Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area mechanism against poverty problem and some actual problems, then puts forward corresponding countermeasure, innovation mechanism against poverty. The seventh chapter summarizes the paper, and points out the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.
