PAGE PAGE 10 中 文 摘 要 背景：现代临床上月经过少的患者越来越多，常伴见经期延后，是闭经的前驱 症状，不及时治疗可发展为闭经，甚至影响受孕。但其病因病机，尤其是不明原 因的月经过少的病因病机，仍不明确。其治疗仍是临床丞待解决的一个难题，尤 其是不明原因的月经过少的治疗。 中医在月经病的治疗上有独特的优势，但是其疗效及安全性的评定，一直以 来缺少一种统一的被现代医学广泛认可的标准，其临床研究也因为在设计、实施、 统计分析和论文撰写等方面存在问题，而使其面临尴尬的境遇。 循证医学（ evidence-based medicine, EBM)是20世纪90年代初发展起来的一门 新兴交叉临床医学基础学科。它强调医师对患者的诊断和治疗必须基于当前可得 到的最佳临床研究证据，而针对某一个课题所做的系统评价是最高质量的证据。 目的：对月经过少的中医药治疗性文献做一系统评价，以期找出中医药治疗月 经过少的治疗方案及其循证医学证据，更希望对中医妇科的临床研究有所帮助。 资料收集及方法：检索CNKI 、 VI P、 CBM、Cochrane Library等数据库 的随机或半随机对照实验，并追查检出文献的参考文献。由两名评价员分别独立 提取文献资料，并独立进行文献质量评价。如遇不一致则讨论解决或请第三者协 商解决。统计学处理采用Cochrane 协作网提供的Revman4.3。 结果：纳入7个临床研究，共374例月经过少患者。均采用中医疗法，或与中医 疗法相对照，或与西医疗法相对照。 结论：1 中医药治疗月经过少与西医相比有优势，不同中医治疗组之间疗效也 有差异；2 月经过少的治疗，要遵循辩证论治的治则；3现有的实验研究不能得 出确切结论，上述结果的应用需谨慎；3 我们需要运用现代科学的新思维、新理 论、新方法去研究中医药的传统理论和丰富经验，找到一种体现中医特色和优势 的研究思路。中医药临床试验研究设计可以参考CONSORT for TCM进行改进。 但是本研究纳入的进行Met a分析的文献数量较少且质量均不高，对论证的强度很 大的影响。 关键词：月经过少、中医药治疗、系统评价 Abstract Background :Hypomenorrhea ， which is the precursory symptom of menostasia .Usually become menostasia and lead to infertility .But the reason of it and how dose it come are still uncertain. The threatment of hypomenorrhea is a puzzle ,which need us to endeavour. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is superior to western medicine in the treatment of menoxenia. But the curative effect and safety of it are not approved, which make it embarrassed, because clinical researchs of TCM have a lot of problems in design and to carry out. EBM thinks that we should use the best proof to direct the clinical practice Purpose: To make a system evaluation of remedial documents in treatment of hypomenorrhea with TCM;To find the best treatment of hypomenorrhea ;To make the contribution to TCM. Inclusion criteria: RCT and CCT; whether or not with blinding;in English or Chinese ; treat with TCM（the kind of TCM drug , dosage form and dose are not limited）；Remove the research that patients with other disease and the number of lost patients exceed 20%,and repeated doc
