It is expected to establish the good theoreticaland experimental foundation which traditional Chinese medicine prevent and treat Osteoporosis. Met hod: select randomly 12 rats from 72 six-months-old female SD rats,and the rest 60 rats are copied to the osteoporosis model by the both side oophorectomy.after operation for 3days the 60 rats are divided Borrow the operation group，model group, nilestriol group,anti-Osteoporosis and bone healthy granula group of high dose, middle dose, low dose. Every group is 12 rats,and all the rats are put to death to survey the change of TNF- α, NO. Resul t: when the rats are copied model in 12 weeks. 1.for TNF- α, the model group is evidently higher than Borrow the operation group (p0.05), the nilestriol group is evidently lower than the model group (p0.05);there is no manifest difference between the anti-Osteoporosis and bone healthy granula group of low dose and model group， middle dose group and high dose group are obviously lower than model group（P0.05）, but higher than Nilestriol group; the dose of anti-Osteoporosis and bone healthy granula is more higher, the content of blood-serum TNF- αis more lower. 2. forNO, model group is obviously lower than normal control group （P0.05）；Nilestriol group is obviously higher than model group（P0.05）; there is no manifest difference between anti-Osteoporosis and bone healthy granula group of low dose and model group, middle dose group and high dose group are obviously higher than model group（P0.05）, but there is no manifest difference
