I I 摘 要 摘 要 墨子，名翟（约公元前 468前 387），战国时期鲁国人，墨家学派创始者。宋昭 公时期为宋国大夫，自称“上无君上之事，下无耕农之事” [1]p445（《墨子·贵义》），初 “学儒者之业，受孔子之术”，后“以为其理烦而不悦，厚葬靡财而伤民，久服伤生而 害事”（《淮南子·要略训》），乃立新的说，聚徒讲学，徒属满天下。与儒学并称儒墨 “显学”，墨子有“尚贤”之说，他主张“举义不贫贱”、“举义不避亲疏”、“举义 不避远近”。他要求贤才必须“厚乎德行，辩乎言谈，博乎道术”。他要求对于贤才应 当是“高予之爵，重予之禄，任之以事，断予之令，曰：“爵位不高则民弗敬，蓄禄不 厚则民不信，政令不断则官服事，”主张“以劳殿赏，量功而分禄。” 目前，我国形成了对墨学研究的一个热潮，但对《墨子》人才思想观念进行的研究 的成果并不多，而且观点尚还存在分歧。深入研究墨子人才思想观念的根源、产生、研 究引向深入，而且汲其精华，去其糟粕，对于贯彻落实科学发展人才观、正确选拔任用 人才，借鉴和服务于当前社会也是很有裨益的。 关键词 墨子 《墨子》 尚贤 人才思想 II II Abstract Abstract Mo Zi (around468B.C387B.C)the full name Mo Di ,lied in the Lu State at Warrior Period .Once ranked as a Da fu（a high position）When Emperor Song was ruled .He was Father of the Mo-School .He had an easy life ,desceribed in Mo Zi Gui Yi .he worried either about state affairs or about the tiring farmworks.He began his education with learning Confucianism ,however，he was unhappy with it and abandoned it later , because in his opinion the too many rites and ceremonies held confucianists cost much and did harm to peopl-e’s farming . Therefore he found his own theory and taught students . Mo Zi respects the talents and holds that talents , who are of their wealth ,location or their relationship with selector . He insists that the talents should be entitled to high position , abundant financial rewards , authoring and power ,otherwise the mass will not obey their order and problems can not be solved successfully .He also suggests that regard to the talents be in accordance with their abilities. We cannot neglect pre-Qin thinkers’research when we get down to research on their country,but the achievements of the excusive research on the Mo-tse’s talent thought can be counted by fingers，and many view point different from each other.The deepest study On t-he source,establishment,content,foundation and features of Mo-tse’s talent thought not only can establish the system of Mo-tse’s talent thought，deepen the study On Monism,and keeping the best and discarding the worst,but also ben
