内容摘要: {(全日制九年义务教育语文课程标准)) (实验稿)和《全 日制普通高级中学语文课程标准 (实验稿)对《语文教学大纲)) (试验 修订版)的发展之一有 2 系统地提出知识和能力、过程和方法、情感 态度和价值观三个维度的课程目标,并使之具体地综合饱体现在 各个阶段目标之中。知识与能力是语文培养目标中的三个维度之 一,这确实是语文课程标准的新理念之一,但语文课程标准对语文知 识学习与语文能力形成的认识存在着一定的偏差。
本文依据教育心理学的有关原理,对语文知识的学习和语文技能 的训练这两个问题,运用理论研究、案例研究和比较研究等教育科学 研究方法加以探讨。
针对语文知识分类的特点,指出谋标中的不宜刻意追求语文知 识的系统和完整是有偏差的。本文修正为: 不宜刻意追求语文陈 述性知识的系统和完整,而要刻意追求语文程序性知识的系统和 完整,并通过语文知识的教学实例进行论证。
针对语文能力的培养,在新课标中提出的提高语文能力的主要 途径是语文实践,本文笔者是完全赞同的,但具体到对语文实践 内容的理解,即如何操作、如何实践的问题肘,语文课程标准指出: 多读多写,整体感悟。但作为科学世界的语文教育、作为知识经 济时代的语文教育和作为学校教育的语文学科来说,是绝对不允许的, 应是追求有目的、有计划、有序列的科学高效的训练,全面提高学生 的语文基本能力。
