摘要 摘要 内容摘要: {(全日制九年义务教育语文课程标准)) (实验稿)和《全 日制普通高级中学语文课程标准 (实验稿)对《语文教学大纲)) (试验 修订版)的发展之一有 2 系统地提出知识和能力、过程和方法、情感 态度和价值观三个维度的课程目标，并使之具体地综合饱体现在 各个阶段目标之中。知识与能力是语文培养目标中的三个维度之 一，这确实是语文课程标准的新理念之一，但语文课程标准对语文知 识学习与语文能力形成的认识存在着一定的偏差。 本文依据教育心理学的有关原理，对语文知识的学习和语文技能 的训练这两个问题，运用理论研究、案例研究和比较研究等教育科学 研究方法加以探讨。 针对语文知识分类的特点，指出谋标中的不宜刻意追求语文知 识的系统和完整是有偏差的。本文修正为: 不宜刻意追求语文陈 述性知识的系统和完整，而要刻意追求语文程序性知识的系统和 完整，并通过语文知识的教学实例进行论证。 针对语文能力的培养，在新课标中提出的提高语文能力的主要 途径是语文实践，本文笔者是完全赞同的，但具体到对语文实践 内容的理解，即如何操作、如何实践的问题肘，语文课程标准指出: 多读多写，整体感悟。但作为科学世界的语文教育、作为知识经 济时代的语文教育和作为学校教育的语文学科来说，是绝对不允许的， 应是追求有目的、有计划、有序列的科学高效的训练，全面提高学生 的语文基本能力。 关键词:知识学习 技能训练 Abstract Abstract Content: The new Chinese course standard systematically puts forward three dimensions of course aims，namely，knowledge and ability，processes and ways，feeling attitudes and views. Of them，knowledge and ability is one of the most important new thoughts in Chinese Iraining goals.
