I I 城乡一体化进程中“村改居”社区文化建设研究 中文摘要 随着我国城乡一体化进程的逐步推进，“村改居”社区不再是社区的个例。 这类社区的出现是我国城市化进程中不可避免的现象，需要对这类社区的居民给 予充分重视。“村改居”社区的居民多数为失地农民，他们对新的生活环境的适 应能力较弱，同时面临着重新择业、融入城市等诸多问题。加强“村改居”社区 文化建设是解决这些问题的一个主要方面。本研究从“村改居”社区的本质和特 征入手，深入分析“村改居”社区文化建设的现状和问题，同时紧密结合实际， 对特定“村改居”社区进行实证研究，获取第一手资料。通过对这些问题的整理 和分析，研究“村改居”社区文化建设的基本路径。 本文共由四个部分组成。第一部分为引言部分，阐述了本文研究的背景和研 究意义、本文的研究现状以及研究方法等问题。第二部分阐述了本文研究的相关 概念，对“村改居”社区、“村改居”社区文化建设、城乡一体化等概念进行了 阐释，同时介绍了本文研究的理论基础，即马克思主义文化理论、社会管理理论 和城市化理论。第三部分通过对特定研究对象的调查，总结出目前我国“村改居” 社区文化建设存在的主要问题，即居民缺乏文化理念、政府文化建设制度缺位、 “村改居”社区文化建设保障机制缺乏和“村改居”社区文化队伍建设有待提升。 第四部分对我国“村改居”社区文化建设提出了合理化建议，通过增强“村改居” 社区文化的认识、建立完善的“村改居”社区文化建设制度、丰富“村改居”社 区文化建设的内容、建立“村改居”社区文化建设的保障体系以及加强“村改居” 社区文化队伍的建设等方式来提高我国“村改居”社区的文化建设水平。 关键词：城乡一体化，村改居，社区，文化建设 II II The research for country to residence community cultural construction in the process of urban and rural integration Abstract With the gradual integration of urban and rural areas to promote our country, country to residence community is no longer alone in the community. The emergence of such communities is an ineviable phenomenon in the process of urbanization, the need for the residents of such communities need to be given full attention. Residents of country to residence community are mostly landless peasants, their ability to adapt to the new living environment is weak, while facing to choosing careers, into the city and many other issues. A key aspect of solving these problems, namely to strengthen the cultural construction of country to residence community. In this study, the nature and characteristics of country to residence community of start-depth analysis of the country to residence community status and problems of the community cultural construction, while working closely with the actual, empirical research on specific country to residence community, get firsthand information. Through the collation and analysis of these issues, study the logical path of country to residence community culture. Paper consists of four parts. The first part is th
