中小学教育家素质标准研究
——来自十六位中小学教育家的启示
摘要
我国全面建设小康社会这一奋斗目标的达成和社会主义和谐社会这一美好理想的实 现需要党、政府工作人员以及其他社会各界人士始终能够把教育作为各项工作的重中之 重,坚持优先发展教育。教育优先发展战略地位的落实需要政策的保障、经费的投入,也 需要让越来越多的教育家把握教育的办学权,因为当前社会上教育的功利性太强,受教育 行政指令的影响太大,过于强调升学率的提高,使得教育,尤其是学校教育的健康发展受 到了严重束缚,因此,只有让真正懂教育的教育家来办学才能使教育获得理性地回归从而 得到优先发展。教育家办学的开展需要大量教育家的不断涌现更需要全社会对教育家不断 地进行大力地宣传。近年来不仅全社会对倡导教育家办学达成了共识,而且党和政府也把 倡导教育家办学提升为了国家意志。国务院总理温家宝曾多次在各种不同的场合提出要大 力倡导教育家办学。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020 年)》也明确指出: “创造有利条件,鼓励教师和校长在实践中大胆探索,创新教育思想、教育模式和教育方 法,形成教学特色和办学风格,造就一批教育家,倡导教育家办学。”
尽管如今教育家办学已经成了一个能够引起普遍反响的时代命题,但是人们对教育家 办学这一时代命题提出的原因、教育家的内涵、教育家的标准……的认识还不够深刻。本 研究首先对教育家的内涵及类型进行了阐述,然后又分别分析了刘彭芝、李金初、张思明、 李镇西、李吉林、李烈、张化万、杨瑞清、杨一青、李希贵、刘畅、唐盛昌、康岫岩、王 桂儒、任勇、刘永胜十六位中小学教育家的教育家素质,最后归纳出中小学教育家的素质 标准:具有大爱的教育情怀、践行学生主体理念、具有独特的教育思想、具有丰富的教育 实践、具有高超的教育能力、勇于改革创新、尊重教育规律、坚持终身学习、坚持教育科 研。本研究提出这些素质标准,希望对广大中小学教师从普通教师成长为教育家提供参照。

Abstract
To reach the aim of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society as well as the ideal of a socialist harmonious society makes it necessary that all party members, government members and members in other fields of works give priority to education , which requires policy support, funding and more and more educators. At present, utilitarian of social education is so strong, education administrative instruction is excessive, the one-sided pursuit of graduation rates is too common, and they have influenced the healthy development of education, especially school education. Therefore, more and more educators who have a good understanding of education laws are needed to run a school to make education return to its origin. In recent years, advocating “educator” has become the consensus of the whole society and has been the will of the state. Premier Wen Jiabao has on various occasions proposed to “vigorously advocate educator” for many times. The outline planning “national long-term education reform and development (2010-2020)” makes it clear that “creating favorable conditions and encouraging teachers and principals
