万方数据万方数据中学思想政治课地方性课程资源的开发与利用研究 ——以皖北地区 L 县为例梁昌兵安徽师范大学硕士学位论文二 ○ 一四年五月本论文经答辩委员会全体委员审查，确认符合安徽师范大学硕士学位论文质量要求。答辩委员会签名: 主席:(工作单位、职称)宣城中学洪海委员: 彭凤莲朱平乐培戴锐张燕华导师: 孙良中学思想政治课地方性课程资源的开发与利用研究 ——以皖北地区 L 县为例摘要笔者结合有关专家学者对各学科课程资源开发与利用相关课题的研究成果，详细阐释了课程资源和中学思想政治课程资源以及地方性课程资源的一般概念。通过对 L 县地区思想政治课程资源占有情况的调查，列举了 L 县地区可利用的地方人文遗迹、传统风俗民情、特色文化艺术、民间故事传说等课程资源；并根据对 L 县内各中学课程资源情况的调查了解和部分中学校长以及师生的问卷访谈调查分析，归纳总结了该地区中学在思想政治这门学科课程资源开发与利用方面存在的诸如政策制度和操作实施层面的问题。通过对有关问题的解析，结合思想政治课特殊学科性质和特点，有针对性地提出了开发和利用 L 地区中学思想政治课程资源的原则。最后，根据 L 县思想政治课课程资源的实际情况，对中学思想政治课地方性课程资源开发与利用的一般流程和方法提出了有关见解。望借此来提高 L 地区中学思想政治课教学实效和达成思想政治课程目标的目的。关键词：中学思想政治课；地方性课程资源；开发与利用 The Research on Local Curriculum Resources’ Exploitation and Utilization of the Ideological and Political Course in Middle Schools ——Taking L County in North Anhui as an Example Abstract Combining with some experts’ research results on each course resources’ exploitation and utilization, the author elaborates on the general concepts of curriculum resources, curriculum resources of Ideological and Political Course in middle schools and local curriculum resources. Then, through investigating the possession of Ideological and Political Course’s resources in L County, the author lists some available curriculum resources, such as local human remains, traditional customs, distinctive culture and art, folk legends and so on. Besides, according to the investigation of the local curriculum resources in each middle school and the analysis of the questionnaires and interviews done by some middle schools’ headmasters, teachers and students, the author generalizes some problems in the aspects of policies, systems and implementation that local middle schools has on the exploitation and utilization of this course’s resources. Afterwards, the author proposes some corresponding principles on exploiting and using the Ideological and Political Course’s resources in L County, which are based on the resolving of some related problems and on the course’s sp
