万方数据 万方数据 中职学校“工学结合”人才培养模式研究 ——以宜兴市中职学校为例 摘 要 中等职业教育是我国职业教育中非常重要的一个组成部分，其目的 是为社会输送大量高质量的职业技术人才。然而，我国目前中职学校的 教育模式过于偏重学生的理论教学，而学生的实践能力则普遍偏差。“工 学结合”是一种解决上述问题的行之有效的职业教育模式，这一点在美 国、德国、英国和澳大利亚等职业教育发达的国家已经得到证明。 本文以宜兴市中职学校为例，对“工学结合”人才培养模式进行了 研究。论文第一部分，对“工学结合”的基本理论问题以及本文研究的 大致情况进行了介绍。论文第二部分，阐述了德国、澳大利亚、英国、 美国以及日本等国家的“工学结合”人才培养模式，总结了国外“工学 结合”人才培养模式的经验以及对我国的启示。论文第三部分，对宜兴 市职业学校的“工学结合”人才培养模式的现状进行了分析。论文第四 部分，对宜兴市职业学校“工学结合”人才培养模式中存在的问题进行 了分析。包括政府宏观调控与监督不够、工学结合机制不健全、过程简 单化，合作主体认识不到位、经费不足、以及学校负担太重等，并且对 造成这些问题的原因进行了揭示。论文第五部分，从宏观调控层面、运 行机制层面、行业层面以及保障体系层面四个方面对“工学结合”人才 培养模式的优化提出了对策。论文最后就研究的前景提出了展望。 关键词：中等职业学校；工学结合；人才培养模式 Mode Of Talent Training Research About Secondary Vocational School Work-integrated Learning ——To Take Yixing Secondary Vocational Schools As An Example Abstract Secondary vocational education is our vocational education is a very important part of the, the aim is to nurture a lot of high quality professional technical personnel.
