康复护理干预对肱骨外科颈骨折患者术后治疗依从性肩关节功能恢复和护理满意度影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析肱骨外科颈骨折患者接受康复护理干预后，临床依从性、肩关节功能、护理满意率情况，为疾病康复提供参考依据。 方法 于该院2014年2月―2015年2月期间，方便选择前来诊治的70例肱骨外科颈骨折患者，运用随机数字表法分为对照组35例和观察组35例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组实施康复护理干预，分析两组患者依从性、护理满意率、肩关节恢复情况。结果 观察组患者治疗依从性、治疗优良率、护理满意率分别为91.43%、94.29%、94.29%，均高于对照组71.43%、77.14%、80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 针对肱骨外科颈骨折患者，实施康复护理干预，可提高临床依从性，加快肩关节功能恢复速度，获得患者及家属好评，具有重要的应用价值。 　　[关键词] 肱骨外科颈骨折；康复护理干预；治疗依从性；肩关节功能；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（b）-0149-03 　　Analysis of Influence of Recovery Nursing Intervention in Treatment of the Compliance， Postoperative Shoulder Joint Recovery and its Nursing Satisfaction of Fracture of Humeral Surgical Neck 　　YI Shu-rong 　　Juxian Peoples Hospital of Shandong Province of Department of nursing， Rizhao， Shandong Province ，276500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical compliance， shoulder joint function and nursing satisfaction rate of rehabilitation nursing for patients with fracture of humeral surgical neck after the intervention，and to provide a reference for the rehabilitation of the disease.
