康复护理干预对脑外伤恢复期患者日常生活能力影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨康复护理干预对颅脑外伤恢复期患者日常生活能力的影响。 方法 选取本院2013年1月～2014年2月收治的126例脑外伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，各63例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予康复护理干预，比较两组的护理效果、Barthel评分、Harris评分。 结果 观察组的总有效率为93.6%，显著高于对照组的77.8%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.16，P0.05）。两组护理后的Barthel、Harris评分显著高于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理后的Barthel、Harris评分显著高于对照组护理后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 康复护理干预能够促进脑外伤患者的康复，提高其日常生活能力。 　　[关键词] 脑外伤；恢复期；康复；护理干预；日常生活能力；影响 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0185-03 　　Influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the ability of daily life in patient with traumatic brain injury in recovery phase 　　LEI Gui-mei 　　Department of Neurosurgery，People′s Hospital of Luoding City in Guangdong Province，Luoding 527200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the ability of daily life in patient with traumatic brain injury in recovery phase.
