小组合作技能考核对中职护生基础护理学学习效果影响 　　摘 要 目的：研究在基础护理学课程的技能考核中，小组合作考核是否能提高护生基础护理学的学习效果。方法：护理学基础课程安排在第二、三学期，设定第二学期技能采取传统考核法：每学完一项操作进行“一对一”考核，成绩以个人成绩评价;第三学期技能采取小组合作技能考核，成绩以小组成绩进行评价。自行设计调查表调查护生对考核方法进行评价。结果：87.23%的学生认为这种方法大大提高了学生技能练习的积极性， 91.48 %训练比原来刻苦。成绩对比可以看出实验组优于对照组。结论：探索小组合作技能考核这一方法应用于基护技能考核中，把更多的时间留给了学生练习，并将技能考核的绩效与小组成员密切联系起来，使个体与小组成员融为一体，大大激发了学生技能训练的积极性、自觉性，同时培养了学生团队合作精神，体现护理职业特点，收到了良好的效果。 　　关键词 小组合作学习 基础护理学 技能考核 学习效果 　　中图分类号：G712 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2015.11.014 　　Effect of Group Work Skills Assessment for Secondary Vocational 　　Nursing Students Basic Nursing Learning Outcomes 　　MA Xiaorong， XU Peng， XU Qingmei 　　（Nursing Department， Hamilton Vocational and Technical College， Hamilton， Xinjiang 839000） 　　Abstract Objective： The study skills assessment Basic Nursing Science program， the Panel assessment whether cooperation can improve learning outcomes of nursing students basic nursing.
