China as a large agricultural countryits agricultural subsidiary policy-making need to learn experiences from those developed countries and regions, to increase its agricultural investment, to switch production subsidy to income subsidy, and to set up biological agricultural-oriented protection policy framework for an integrated development with the objective of growth of agricultural production, farmers’ income and environmental protection, and finally to reform our agricultural and trade policies timely to confront other countries’s policy adjustment by improving our policy effectiveness.
