尿碘检测对孕妇与婴幼儿重要作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨尿碘检测对孕妇与婴幼儿的重要作用。 方法 方便收取该院1 000例尿碘检测孕妇，收治时间为2014年2月―2015年6月，对1 000例尿碘检测孕妇的尿液标本进行检测。 结果 3组碘缺乏发生率进行比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），孕妇在孕早期的碘缺乏发生率均高于孕中期、孕晚期（P0.05），在1 000例孕妇中，有173例孕妇的尿碘含量低于100 μg/L、占17.30%，从孕期补充碘油直至孕妇哺乳期结束，婴幼儿身高发育均正常，智力分数显著提高。结论 尿碘检测对孕妇与婴幼儿具有重要作用，早期对孕妇进行尿碘检测，能显著改善婴幼儿预后。 　　[关键词] 尿碘检测；孕妇；婴幼儿；重要作用 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0090-03 　　Important Effect of Urinary Iodine Test on Pregnant Women and Infants 　　QIN Shuang-qiao 　　Disease Prevention and Control Center， Songzi， Hubei Province， 434200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the important effect of urinary iodine test on pregnant women and infants. Methods 1000 cases of pregnant women with urinary iodine test from February 2014 to June 2015 were conveniently collected and the urine specimens of 1 000 cases of delivery women were tested. Results There was no obvious difference in the incidence rate of iodine deficiency between the three groups（P0.05）， and the incidence rate of iodine deficiency in the early pregnant period was higher than that in the second trimester of pregnancy and late pregnancy（P0.05）， in the 1 000 cases of delivery women， the urinary iodine constant of 173 cases of pregnant women was lower than 100 μg/L， accounting for 17.30%， and the height development of infants was normal from the supplementary of iodine to the end of lactation of pregnant women， and the intelligent score obviously increased.
