初中阶段问题少年的成因及其教育策略研究
摘 要
处于初中阶段的青少年,独立意识和自我意识增强,存在一定的叛 逆心理。由于生理和心理的发育尚不成熟,他们判别是非的能力和控制 能力较差,容易出现违反纪律、道德,甚至法律的行为,从而,产生了 问题少年。“问题少年”产生的原因,大致来自四个方面:青春期的心 理特殊性;不良的家庭教育;学校德育工作的不完善;不良的社会的影 响。因此,在这段时期里,学校应针对初中生学习生活的特点,开展心 理健康教育,教师应提高自身素质,掌握科学的育人方法,家庭要为孩子 们建造一个和谐稳定的环境。老师和家长要共同转变教育方式、教育方 法,相互配合,共同合作,实现学校教育和家庭教育结合的效力,同时 整合社会的因素,共同解决问题,减少甚至消除问题少年的产生。家庭 教育、学校教育、社会教育是初中阶段教育的三大支柱,三者缺一不可。
本研究采用问卷调查和访谈等方法,选取安徽省池州市一中二中三 中等 3 所学校,15 个班级,630 名学生为问卷调查对象,特别是对一典 型案例进行了研究。本文从四个方面分析了“问题少年”出现的原因, 并对此教育策略进行了研究,以实现培养学生健康、快乐成长的目的, 营造出和谐的教育环境。

The study on the reasons and educational strategies of problem child in junior middle school
Abstract
Teenagers have the independent consciousness and self awareness in some sense in the stage of adolescence, but there’s certain psychological treason among them. Due to their physiological and psychological development is not mature and their judge ability and control ability is poor, they might violate discipline, morality and even break the law which cause the problems of juvenile. The reasons may be analyzed as following: adolescence psychological particularity; poor family education; lack of moral education at school; adverse social effects. Therefore, the school should carry out psychological education according to the factors of juvenile. Teachers should take scientific methods of education. And families should try to build a harmonious and stable environment. Teachers and parents should change the educational methods. At the same time, they should cooperate with each other to form resultant force. The school education should be combined with family education and integrated with social factors to solve the problems and to reduce or even eliminate the problem of juvenile. Family education, school education and social education are the base of junior school education, and they are indispensable. This research takes the measures of questionnaires and interviews.
