中职学校师生冲突研究
——以青岛市城阳区中职学校为例

中职教育是现代教育的一个重要组成部分。随着近年来国家对职业教育的高度重视, 中职教育呈现出良好的发展势头。由于中职教育的大力改革,加上学生来源的日益复杂化, 中职学校的师生关系呈现出新的特点。师生关系是否和谐直接影响着教育教学的效果,影 响着中职学校培养目标的实现,关系到学生的身心健康和全面发展,关系着教师的工作体 验和职业发展。而影响师生关系的主要因素师生冲突也变得更加频繁,更加多样化,这就 需要引起职业教育工作者的重视和认真对待,当冲突发生时,教师要掌握相应的应对策略 和善后处理策略。
本文试图从中职学校师生冲突的现状出发,在文献研究、问卷调查的基础上以调查 报告的真实数据为基础,对师生冲突的表现、影响、现状及原因进行研究,并努力探求 预防和解决师生冲突的策略,以使教师和教学管理人员明确师生冲突的必然性,从而能 正确认识冲突,积极接纳冲突,采取科学策略预防冲突,采取有效策略解决冲突,从而 构建和谐校园,建立民主和谐的师生关系。
全文共分为五个部分: 第一部分:前言。主要对选题背景、研究现状、研究意义、研究目标等进行了详细
地阐述。
第二部分:师生冲突概述。主要对师生冲突的基本理论进行了阐述并对本文的主要 概念和研究范围进行了界定。
第三部分:中职学校师生冲突的现状调查与分析。通过对教师、学生两方面的问卷 调查对中职学校的师生冲突现状进行分析。
第四部分:中职学校师生冲突反映的问题及成因分析。总结目前中职学校师生冲突 存在的主要问题,并从教师、学生、学校、家庭和社会五个方面全面分析了师生冲突的 成因。
第五部分:中职学校师生冲突的应对策略。从正确认识、积极预防、合理解决三个方 面提出了建议和解决策略。

Abstract
Vocational education takes an important part in modern education. With the recent national attention on vocational education, vocational education has shown a good momentum of development. Because of the great reform of vocational education, coupled with the growing complexity of the source of students, Teacher-student relationship of vocational schools show new features. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students directly influence the education teaching effect, affecting vocational school training goal the realization, related to students physical and mental health and their all-round development, in relation to the teachers work experience and professional development. The teacher-student conflict as the main factors affect the teacher-student relationship has become more frequent, more diverse, which vocational educators need to attract the attention and taken seriously, when conflict occurs, teachers should master the appropriate coping strategies and rehabilitation Treatment strategies.
