本文将运用问卷调查、访谈调查,案例分析等方法从实际了解 S 市 Y 中学班主任的状态入手,并结合自身的班主任实践经验和经历,在文 献研究的基础上,分析 S 市 Y 中学的班主任工作中存在的问题,着力研 究初中班主任专业化的应对策略。
笔者认为应该从内、外两方面谋求提高策略。从班主任自身角度来 说,要自觉加强教师职业道德修养、现代科学信息技术知识,包括系统 论、信息论、控制论及脑科学的最新研究成果、教育学、心理学及相关 法律常识等方面的学习;积极主动的去参加多种形式的进修、校本培训、 专家的案例分析;倾听班级里学生的反馈,从多种渠道提升自己各方面 的综合素质。特别是应对“00”后学生,要恰当运用心理效应来提升初 中班主任管理水平和效能。从外部因素讲,教育主管部门和学校等管理 机构,也应该从班主任培训制度、建立班主任专业化个人发展档案、建 立健全合理的选拔任用机制、构建发展性班主任评价体系、关注班主任 心理健康等方面为初中班主任专业化发展创造条件。

English abstract
This paper will use questionnaire, interview investigation, case analysis from actual understand S city Y middle school teacher in charges state of, and with your own head teacher practice experience and experience, in the literature on the basis of the research, this paper analyzes S city Y high school teacher in charge of the problems existing in the work, focus on the research of the junior high school teacher specialization strategy.
The author thinks that should be from two aspects of inside and outside to improve the strategy.
