巴曲酶治疗平坦型突发性耳聋效果及对纤维蛋白原等指标影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究巴曲酶治疗平坦型突发性耳聋的效果以及对纤维蛋白原等指标的影响。 方法 选择2014年2月～2015年12月在本院住院接受治疗的83例平坦型突发性耳聋患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为常规组和巴曲酶组。常规组以抗病毒、糖皮质激素、能量合剂等进行常规治疗，巴曲酶组在常规组基础上增加巴曲酶治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率，治疗前后纤维蛋白原、听阈平均值、全血黏度的差异。 结果 巴曲酶组较常规组总有效率高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后巴曲酶组较常规组纤维蛋白原、听阈平均值、全血黏度改善更明显，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 巴曲酶治疗平坦型突发性耳聋的效果明显，可有效改善纤维蛋白原、听阈值、全血黏度，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 巴曲酶；平坦型突发性耳聋；纤维蛋白原 　　[中图分类号] R764.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（c）-0115-03 　　Effect of batroxobin in treating flat type sudden deafness and the impact on fibrinogen 　　LIU Hua-sen1 TAN Guo-jie2 WU Shao-guo1 WU Li-mei1 WANG Zhi3 ZHU Feng4▲ 　　1.Department of Clinical Laboratory，Guangzhou Twelfth People′s Hospital，Guangzhou 510620 ，China；2.Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery，Guangzhou Twelfth People′s Hospital，Guangzhou 510620 ，China；3.Department of Staff and Management，Guangzhou Twelfth People′s Hospital，Guangzhou 510620 ，China；4.Research Group，Guangzhou Twelfth People′s Hospital，Guangzhou 510620 ，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of batroxobin in treating flat type sudden deafness and the impact on fibrinogen.
