康莱特联合多西他赛及顺铂治疗Ⅳ期胃癌疗效及对其免疫功能分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析Ⅳ期胃癌行康莱特联合多西他赛及顺铂治疗的疗效及免疫功能影响。 方法 整群选择2014年6月―2016年9月于?院诊治的112例Ⅳ期胃癌患者临床资料，按化疗方案不同分2组，各56例，对照组行DP方案化疗，观察组于其基础上联合康莱特注射液化疗，比较组间疗效及免疫功能。结果 观察组临床总疗效率96.43%比对照组83.93%高（P0.05）；观察组化疗后的CD3+CD4+（19.78±2.16）%、CD3+CD8+（17.59±4.56）%、CD4/CD8（1.27±0.19）%、CD3-CD16+CD56+（12.58±4.19）%的水平均比对照组高（P0.05）；观察组化疗后的毒副反应发生率10.72%比对照组28.57%低（P0.05）。结论 Ⅳ期胃癌行康莱特联合多西他赛及顺铂治疗的效果良好，且可提升免疫功能，减少不良反应，安全有效。 　　[关键词] 康莱特；多西他赛；顺铂；Ⅳ期胃癌 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（b）-0144-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect of Kanglaite injection combined with docetaxel and cisplatin in treatment of gastric cancer during Ⅳ period and effect on immune function. Methods 112 cases of patients with gastric cancer diagnosed in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2016 were group selected and divided into two groups with 56 cases in each， the control group adopted the DP plan chemotherapy， while the observation group adopted the Kanglaite injection chemotherapy on the basis of the control group， and the curative effect and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （96.43% vs 83.93%）（P0.05）， after chemotherapy， the CD3+CD4+， CD3+CD8+， CD4/CD8 and CD3-CD16+CD56+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）， the incidence rate of toxic and side reactions after chemotherapy in the observation was lower than that in the control group（10.72% vs 28.57%）（P0.05）.
