摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着终身学习理念的传播和学习化社会的构建，成人学习越来越受到人们的 重视。大多数成人由于工学矛盾无法到专门的教育机构进行正规学习，自我导 向学习以其独特的魅力成了许多成人学习者采用的一种非正式学习方式。自 我导向学习以其强调主动性学习、适应个别学习者需要、而且实施方便及不受时 间、地点的限制，迎合了成人要求终身学习的需求，也引起了成人教育研究者 的极大关注。由于国内对成人自我导向学习的研究主要集于在学校、企业单位， 对社区中成人的自我导向学习研究却少之又少。本文笔者以城镇社区为背景，调 查和分析了社区中各类成人自我导向学习的现状、存在问题以及解决这些问题的 策略，以此来加快自我导向学习的本土化研究。同时，这些研究还可以为笔者日 后进一步的自我导向学习研究打下理论与实践基础。 笔者以诺尔斯的自我导向学习过程理论为框架，对河南省洛阳市宜阳县城关 镇社区成人自我导向学习现状进行了调查和访谈。调查结果显示，城镇社区作为 城镇成人进行自我导向学习的重要外部环境，受当地经济和文化发展的制约和影 响，为学习者提供的社会支持力量薄弱。这些具体表现在社区为自我导向学习者 提供的教育机会不够、提供的学习资源不足。而城镇社区成人自我导向学习者的 个性特征也显现出自我导向性不强的特点，具体表现在缺乏内在的学习动机、自 我规划能力薄弱、自我调控能力差以及缺少相关学习策略的知识和运用。 为了加快城镇社区的发展和促进学习型社会的构建，我们急需加快解决城镇 社区成人自我导向学习中存在的问题。加强城镇社区成人自我导向学习的社会支 持系统建设，提高城镇社区成人的自我导向学习能力迫在眉睫。城镇社区成人自 我导向学习的社会支持系统建设需要政府、社区和学校等各方面各尽所能，为成 人创造一个良好的自我导向学习氛围和提供充足的自我导向学习资源。作为成人 自我导向学习者自身，应采取多种措施来激发自己的内在学习动机，提高自我规 划、自我调节能力，同时加强对相关学习策略知识的学习和应用，提升自己的自 我导向学习能力和自我导向学习效果。 关键词：城镇社区，成人，自我导向学习 Abstract Abstract II II Abstract With the spread of lifelong learning theory and constructing a learning society, adult learning gains more attention. Because of contradictions between work and study, most adults cannot go to specialized educational institutions to get formal learning. Self-directed learning has been adopted by many adult learners. Self-directed learning has some advantages such as emphasis on initiative study; being adapt to individual learner needs and convenience .These meet the demands of adults. It also aroused great concern to researchers. Self-directed learning research mainly conducted in schools and enterprises. Self-directed learning research on community is seldom mentioned.The author of this article investigated the communities in towns, analyzed the learning situation of various types of adults in communities and some problems are discovered.The author also found strategies to solve these problems in order to speed up the local study of self-directed learning and further the study of self-directed learning theory .
