常规超声结合超声弹性成像对乳腺导管内癌诊断效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨常规超声结合超声弹性成像对乳腺导管内癌诊断的效果。 方法 选择我院2013年2月～2016年2月期间收治的共30例术后病理证实为乳腺导管内癌患者作为研究对象，使用随机分配的方式分为观察组和对照组，每组15例。对照组患者进行常规超声检查，观察组患者进行常规超声结合超声弹性成像检查，观察比较两组的成像特征。 结果 观察组患者的诊断符合率为93.3%，对照组患者的诊断符合率为80.0%，采用常规超声结合超声弹性成像的观察组的诊断符合率显著高于采用常规超声检查的对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 常规超声结合超声弹性成像对乳腺导管内癌诊断符合率较高，诊断效果较好，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 超声检查；超声弹性成像；乳腺导管内癌；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R737.9；R445.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）08-0101-03 　　Effect of routine ultrasound and elastography on the diagnosis of intraductal endothelium cancer 　　WANG Lirong 　　Department of Ultrasound， Anshan Tumor Hospital in Liaoning Province， Anshan 114034， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of conventional ultrasound and elastography in the diagnosis of intraductal carcinoma. Methods A total of 30 patients with intraductal carcinoma of the breast who were admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 15 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine ultrasound examination. The patients in the observation group underwent routine ultrasound and elastography. The imaging features of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.3% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group. The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group by conventional ultrasound and elastography was significantly higher than that of the control group by routine ultrasound examination. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
