With economic globalization , Financial liberalism , the development of technology information, the increasingly vigorous competition and changing Financial demanding , Intermediary Business of the commercial banks have gotten unprecedented development. The ratio of intermediary b usiness income of the western commercial banks at its gross earnings has increased to 40% above. Intermediary business, with together traditional the savings and loans business,constitutes three major of pillars of the modern commercial bank. Expanding intermediary business has become common development trend of the banking of world nowadays. Compared with the large maturity and international commercial bank, intermediary business of the commercial bank in China has less species, smaller scale, lower income ratio, and income structure is not reasonable. Moreover, management and marketing methods cannot catch with the development of the business. Though the Chinese commercial banks have just begun to handle intermediate business, they are required to do more and more because of the diversification of banks credit. At the same time, with the coming of opening completely at the end of 2006, intensive competitions between the local banks and foreign banks are increasingly vigorous. Faced the challenge from the foreign capital bank, the commercial banks in China have to enrich continuously and extend the content and postpone outside
