万方数据 万方数据 摘要 摘要 随着经济快速发展，人们不断提高的交通出行需要迫使我们必须加大公共 基础设施建设，特别是综合交通枢纽建设。然而，公共基础设施的建设需要大 量的资金作为后盾，加之综合交通枢纽建设市场化运作、投资主体多元化，现 有的融资模式已越来越满足不了实际的需要。金融业的发展给我们带来了许多 融资工具，每种都有其特有的适用性及优缺点。我们必须将其理论成果灵活理 解并适当调整，为政府部门提供既好又多的投融资方案，促使社会资本迅速稳 妥地进入基础设施领域，提高资本利用效率。 本文在查阅相关文献整理已有理论的基础上，以国内外在基础设施建设项 目融资的现有模式为理论支点，分析国内的交通枢纽投融资模式，并得出对无 锡市综合枢纽投融资模式的启示。从无锡市综合交通枢纽采用的投融资模式着 手，分析目前各类投融资模式在交通枢纽中的应用，并对无锡市综合交通枢纽 投融资模式的完善提出一些建议。 关键词：无锡市综合交通枢纽 投融资模式 项目融资 建议 I Abst Abstract ABSTRACT With the high-speed development of economy, the huge investment on the construction of public infrastructure is urged by the improving requirement on transportation of people, especially the construction of integrated transport hub. However, the construction of public infrastructure requires a lot of funds as support. Although many explores have been made in marketing operation and diversification of investors on the construction of integrated transport hub, the existing financing modes could not meet the practical needs. The development of financial industry brings us many financing tools. Each investing and financing mode has its proper applicability and relative merits. Therefore, we should make a flexible understanding and a proper adjustment to its theoretical results, so as to offer government and enterprise a good number of great investing and financing models, encourage social capital to be put into infrastructure domain quickly and safely, and increase the efficiency of capital utilization. By looking up the pertinent literature and organizing the existing theory, this paper takes the present financing modes of the infrastructure construction at home and abroad as theoretical support, and analyzes the investing and financing modes of domestic transport hub to get the revelation of the investing and financing mode on Wuxi Integrated Transport Hub.
