重庆大学重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 PAGE PAGE IV 2003-2013 in Chongqing, the results showed that: 2004-2005, 2012-2013 years the input and output of science-technology finance is DEA effectively, achieve the optimum allocation of resources; it’s pure technical efficiency in 2003-2004 and 2010-2011 years, should increase investment or expand the production efficiency to achieve the optimal allocation of resources; 2005-2010, 2011-2012 are DEA inactive state, where 2005-2009, 2011-2012 years should keep existing investment scale and increase the science-technical efficiency to achieve the optimal allocation of resources, 2009-2010 years should increase investment scale and improve the science-technical efficiency to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. Finally, according to the status analysis and the results of efficiency evaluation of science-technology and finance in Chongqing, this paper gives the corresponding policy recommendations, which has a certain significance for both the development of science-technology and finance in Chongqing and the construction of the system of science-technology and finance in our country.
