I I 山东财经大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着空气质量状况的不断恶化和极端天气的频繁出现，人们在享受现代生活的便 利与舒适的同时，也不得不考虑由碳排放引起的温室效应给人们带来的后果。改变传 统的高碳经济发展模式，寻求低碳经济发展路径已经成为各国应对气候问题的主流方 向。而倡导低碳消费是发展低碳经济的一个重要环节。城市聚集了大部分的人口和经 济，其碳排放量占全球碳排放总量的 70％以上。为什么有些人未能或不愿意实施低 碳消费行为？影响城市居民低碳消费行为的深层次因素及其影响路径是什么？本文 正是针对这些问题展开研究的。 本研究以山东省城市居民的低碳消费行为为研究对象，采用社会心理学、环境行 为学、组织行为学等多学科交叉的视角，以个体特征因素、社会学习因素和习惯因素 等三个大方面作为考虑因素建立了城市居民低碳消费行为影响因素综合模型，对山东 省不同地市的城市居民进行了问卷调查，运用规范的实证研究方法，验证了影响城市 居民低碳消费行为的各主要因素的作用机理和路径关系。实证研究结果表明，低碳消 费知识、低碳责任意识、从众心理三个个体特征因素对低碳消费意愿是有显著正向影 响的；自我效能感、榜样形象效应和社会风气氛围三个社会学习因素对低碳消费意愿 也是具有显著正向影响的；低碳实施成本作为居民的习惯因素构成，也会对低碳消费 行为产生正向影响；低碳消费意愿对低碳消费行为的正向影响是非常显著的。 论文在最后部分，根据实证研究结果及山东省实际情况，从消费者、企业和政 府等角度提出了促进山东省城市居民低碳消费的对策建议和具体措施。 关键词：居民低碳消费 社会学习理论 模型 实证分析 II II Abstract Abstract With the continuous deterioration of the air quality conditions and the frequent emergence of extreme weather, people have to consider the consequences of the greenhouse effect caused by carbon emissions while enjoying the convenience and comfort of modern life. The main method of solving the climate problem is changing the traditional high-carbon model of economic development and seeking a low-carbon economy development path. And advocating low-carbon consumption is an important link in the development of low-carbon economy. The city gathers most of the population and the economy, its carbon emissions account for more than 70% of the total global carbon emissions. Why some people are unable or unwilling to implement low-carbon consumption behavior? What are the deep-seated factors affect urban residents in low-carbon consumption behavior and what is their impact path? This paper is a study to address these issues. The low-carbon consumption behavior of urban residents in Shandong Province is the object of this study.
