中国跳绳宠若F项目段宜与觉赛方法研究 摘要 跳绳，是一项简单易行 、强身健体、自娱娱人的体育活动。它历史悠久 ， 流传广泛，深受各国人民的喜爱，伴随着不断的演变和发展，跳绳逐渐由民间 游戏向体育竞技转变。 本论文以首部中国跳绳竞赛规则的整理和修订工作为背景，研究中国跳绳 竞赛的项目设青与竞赛方法等相关内容。其目的在于探索中国跳绳竞赛的特点、 规律和可行方法，为中国跳绳竞赛规则的科学化、规范化提供理论依据 ，进而 推动中国跳绳运动的全面普及和竞赛开展。 本文以文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和观察法为主要研究方法， 了解国内外跳绳运动和竞赛的开展现状，调查全国首届跳绳公开赛的规则试行 情况，研究得出中国跳绳竞赛的项目设贵与竞赛方法，如下: (l)竞赛项目设置方面，根据不同的竞赛定位将我国跳绳的竞赛项目细分 、. 为四大项:突出体能的单一动作结构比赛、突出技能的单一动作结构比赛、突 出难度花样的多元动作结构比赛和突出创意表演的多元动作结构比赛。每大项 .. 比赛下设若干项目，如体能赛设 30秒速度单摇、 30 秒速度双摇和 3分钟单摇等 个人项目 ，4X30 秒单双摇接力和 4X45 秒双绳交互摇接力等团体项目，以及 3 分钟 10 人 8 宇跳绳的集体项目，共计 6 个项目:技能赛依据跳绳技术构成 要素，科学筛选设置连续 三摇和交叉双摇 2 个项目:花样赛单人绳个人 、2 人和 4 人花样以及交互绳 3 人、 4 人花样 ，共计 5 个项目以及内容丰富 、形式热闹的 表演赛项目。如此，健全跳绳竞赛项目体系。 (2) 竞赛方法方面 ，不同的跳绳项目采用相应的评判方法和标准。即 : 以 时间参数为参照系的客观计数评判和以评分标准为参照系的综合评分评判。为 引导不同的技术发展方向 ，时间竞争类中以限时计数的竞赛方法评判体能赛， 以连续计数的竞赛方法评判技能赛:评分竞争类中以 突出难度的评分标准评判 花样赛 ，以突出创意的评分标准评判表演赛。从而，形成竞赛方 法的四大类: 限时计数、连续计数 、突11\难度评分和突出创意评分，各有侧重的发展推广跳 绳运动。 关键词:中国跳绳竞赛: 竞赛项目:竞赛方法 论文随粉v监iiE编号 BT424230482379 IV 中国跳纯:觅赛项目设置与竞赛方法研究 ABSTRACT Rope-skipp ing is an activity that is easy，health and interesting. lt has a 10ng history and wide spread，which is loved by peop le all over the world .
