In order to get more useful information，people not only want to read newspaper, but also want to understand the underlying layer of information to the news. It deeply changed the peoples life style, intercourse mode; they need to learn more things about what is happening in their environment and what would be happened in the future. In most cases ,shallow sex, fragmentation of information is messy, even is irrational, and a single news comment which only represent the authors personal views are often the limitations of thinking and have many defects. Network comments project set up by many editors who found hidden in behind the embodiment of essential information and presented to the audience. While the traditional network news special only by redistribute or copy to deliver information, which cannot have satisfied the publics demands. As editors, they must choice and perfection of information, and then by integrate information building exclusive view. As a new way of transmitting information, network news comment project plays a vital role in the internet. The research of this thesis is based on extensive reading and with comparison method take Tencent net、Peoples net and Phoenix net for example and analyze the similarities and differences, The disquisition analyze it exist question, and the corresponding solution countermeasures are propose . The development of the Internet is changing the way people get information. At the same time, comments in the network news media are playing more important role. The combination of news commentary, network and project give a new thought for the development of networks media. Research on network comment project have the major function to expanding influence, building the brand of website and win the audiences is more meaningful.
