万方数据万方数据摘要本文选取了对中国商业银行国际化经营借鉴意义较大的日本银行业，对其 70 年代到 90 年代的内外部环境做了仔细研究，总结了其国际化的经验与教训，再结合中国商业银行国际化的实际情况，提出了对中国商业银行国际化今后发展的建议。第一章介绍了本文选题背景、研究思路、研究方法和创新之处，并对现有的研究进行了归纳总结；第二章介绍了商业银行国际化的相关理论，包括概念、动机和方式；第三章将中日两国商业银行国际化的内外部条件进行了对比，归纳出了其相似之处和不同之处；第四章详细地介绍了日本商业国际化经营的总体情况以及经验教训；第五章阐述了我国商业银行国际化经营的历史、现状和不足之处；最后一章就中国商业银行今后的国际化经营给出了四点建议。关键词：商业银行，国际化，日本，中国 3 ABSTRACT In this paper, we have thoroughly studied both the inside and outside conditions of Japanese banking industry, whose experiences as regards internationalization can serve as a great reference for the Chinese commercial banks, between the 70s and the 90s century. Considering the current reality being faced by the Chinese banking industry, we then come up with suggestions concerning internationalization of Chinese commercial banks in the future. Chapter 1 outlays the background, logic framework, methodology as well as the points of innovation of the research. Chapter 2 introduces the related theories of commercial banks’ internationalization, including identification, motivation and means. Chapter 3 compares both the inside and outside conditions of the internationalization of Chinese commercial banks as well as Japanese commercial banks and sums up their similarities and differences. Chapter 4 describes in detail general state of the internationalization of Japanese banks and the lessons learnt. Chapter 5 explains the operating history, current state as well as deficiency of Chinese commercial banks. Four suggestions are given in the last chapter in terms of future development of the internationalization of Chinese commercial banks.
