Furtherly, this dissertation analyzes the industry regulation of the petroleum industry and its problems, then proposed the development of Chinas oil industry-related path. First this part compares the situation of Chinese and foreign oil industry’s regulation,emphatically analyzes the situation of United States, Argentina, the United Kingdom and China. Then analyzes the problems of China’s regulation. Based on the analysis, we put forward several relevant policy recommendations. Lastly, this dissertation takes the case of Guang Dong province to analyze the development of petroleum industry. First this part analyzes the situation of Guang Dong’s petroleum industry, inculding the development environment and the main issues to be resolved. Last of this part describes the development goals and the main path of Guang Dong’s petroleum industry. Relying on above contents, the innovative points of this dissertation are: （1） The dissertation uses the theory of vertical integration to analyze Chinas oil industry.Currently,there are not related domestic literatures. Therefore, this point is expected to become an innovation;（2） The dissertation prposes the path of horizontal scale and vertical integration. Any company which achieves horizontal scale or vertical integration, should have good market prospects, and for Chinas oil industry, Should adhere to a combination of horizontal scale and vertical integration,which can improve the international competitiveness of our oil industry, security companies and the state the ideal win-win results; （3）This dissertation, from the perspective of industry chain of Chinas oil industry, analyzes the problems associated with vertical and analyzes oil price fluctuations on the challenge of building the industry chain in China.
