心理干预对高龄产妇分娩结局影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨实施心理干预对高龄产妇分娩的应用效果。方法：选取2011年5月-2014年9月132例高龄产妇作为研究对象，随机将其分为干预组和对照组，每组66例。对照组产妇接受常规围产期护理，干预组在常规护理基础上辅以心理干预护理。比较两组高龄产妇分娩方式、产程时间、产后出血量以及新生儿Apgar评分等情况。结果：干预组的高龄产妇剖宫产率、产程、产后出血量以及新生儿窒息率等均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对高龄产妇实施心理干预，能够提高自然分娩概率，缩短产程时间，减少产后出血，改善新生儿状况，值得临床借鉴应用。 　　【关键词】 高龄产妇； 心理护理； 分娩方式； 分娩结局 　　中图分类号 R473.71 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）24-0065-02 　　Effect of Psychological Intervention on Delivery Outcome in Elderly Maternal/YANG Yang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（24）：65-66 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on delivery outcome in elderly maternal.Method：132 cases of elderly maternal were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group，66 cases in each group.The women in the control group was received routine nursing，while the intervention group was received psychological intervention based on the routine nursing.The mode of delivery，the total duration of labor，postpartum hemorrhage，and Apgar score were compared in the two groups.Result：The natural birth rate in the intervention group were higher than that in the control group，the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group and the total labor time were less than the control group，the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant （P0.05）.The incidence of neonatal asphyxia was significantly higher in the control group than those in the intervention group.Conclusion：Psychological intervention plays a vital role in improving the delivery outcome in elderly maternal，which is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Elder maternal； Psychological intervention； Mode of delivery； Delivery outcome 　　First-author’s address：The Tongling People’s hospital，Tongling 244100，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.24.035 　　随着社会的进步与发展，女性在社会发展中有着不可替代的地位，这也促使了一批批高龄产妇的诞生。高龄产妇由于其生理及心理原因使其成为备受关注的特殊群体。这一群体的妊娠与分娩过程相较适龄产妇更为艰辛，承受的压力及风险更大。研究表明，高龄产妇较适龄产妇更易发生流产、早产及难产等[1]。恐惧、紧张、不安等负性情绪的滋生可能
