心理护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者术后心理状况及生活质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者术后心理状况及生活质量的影响。 方法 选择2012年1月～2015年1月在我院行乳腺癌根治术的患者74例，均为已婚患者，随机分为心理干预组和对照组各37例，排除存在肿瘤远处转移、伴有严重躯体性疾病者。 结果 心理干预组干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；心理干预组干预后的功能领域各项评分及总体健康状况评分均较干预前明显升高，且心理干预组的功能领域各项评分及总体健康状况评分分别显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；心理干预组干预后的症状领域各项评分及特异性症状评分均较干预前显著降低，且心理干预组的症状领域各项评分及特异性症状评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对乳腺癌根治术患者实施心理护理干预，有利于改善患者术后的心理状况，提高患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 乳腺癌根治术；心理护理干预；心理状况；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）16-0134-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperativemental status and quality of life. Methods The 74 cases of patients with breast cancer after radical operation from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital， all married patients，all patients were randomly divided into intervention group（37 cases） and control group （37 cases），were collected. All clinical data of patients with complete and signed the informed consent，voluntary acceptance of various scale survey. Exclude the presence of severe somatic diseases associated with distant metastasis of the tumor.
