急救链式护理管理流程在基层医院中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究急救链式护理管理流程在基层医院中的应用效果。 方法 选取本院2012年5月～2014年8月收治的122例急诊抢救患者，根据急救管理方式的不同，将患者分为观察组（n=66）、对照组（n=56）。观察组采用急救链式护理管理流程，对照组采用常规护理管理流程。比较两组患者的抢救成功率、抢救有效时间与患者满意度。 结果 观察组的抢救成功率为89.39%，高于对照组的78.57%（P0.05）；观察组的抢救有效时间短于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的总满意度为95.45%，高于对照组的83.93%（P0.05）。 结论 急救链式护理管理流程在基层医院抢救过程中有较高的应用价值，可提高抢救成功率，提升患者满意度，降低医疗纠纷发生率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 急救链；护理管理；抢救 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0158-03 　　Application effect of first aid chain-type nursing management process in primary hospital 　　LU Mei-ping 　　Inpatient Department of Internal Medicine，Shenwan Hospital in Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province，Zhongshan 528462，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of first aid chain-type nursing management process in grassroots hospital. Methods 122 patients given emergency rescue treated in our hospital from May 2012 to August 2014 were selected，and they were divided into observation group （n=66） and control group （n=55） according to different emergency management method.Observation group was given first aid chain-type nursing management process，while control group was given routine nursing management process.Successful rate of rescue，the effective time of salvage and satisfaction degree of patients in patients between two groups was compared respectively. Results Successful rate of rescue in observation group （89.39%） was higher than that of control group （78.57%） （P0.05）；effective time of salvage in observation group was shorter than that of control group （P0.05）；the total satisfaction degree of observation group （95.45%） was higher than that of control group （83.93%） （P0.05）. Conclusion First aid chain-type nursing management process has a higher application value in rescue process of the primary hospital，and can improve successful rate of rescue and satisfaction degree of patients，and reduce the incidence rate of medical dispute.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] First aid ch
