The use of ERP system in the large comprehensive information data, conduct tooling data statistical analysis, capture the loopholes in management, improve management, development of management tool by tools PM module, and solve the problems in order to improve tooling integrated supply chain performance. Due to the analysis of SAIC tooling PM module integrated application, construct of tools information inventory management,the control management and for three management framework tooling requirements management. Builds tools PM module data platform, realizes the tooling process closed loop management and scientific management. By using the method of 6Sigma, analyzes the problem existed in tools PM module, through the process optimization and the development of related management tools, explores optimization design methods. Through the ERP system and PM module, optimizes the plan and quota management; innovates procurement model, realizes the supplier inventory, implements the lean procurement model; optimizes the logistics, implement tooling parts management and ERP system tools distribution; achieves tooling repair process optimization; etc.. At the same time, explores the tools PM module applications supporting measures to make tooling PM module process and stabilization.
