The third part is about the conceptions and practices of teacher movement and faculty resources sharing in urban and rural compulsory education .In recent years, some regions in our country have implemented policies and measures to promote faculty movement and sharing in urban and rural compulsory education. Base on these experience, this part comes into a conclusion that school and school twinning and teacher and teacher interaction can be a good practice to promote faculty movement and sharing in urban and rural compulsory education. The fourth part is about the major difficulties of promoting teacher movement and faculty resources sharing in urban and rural compulsory education. Indeed there are some difficulties to achieve proper faculty movement and resources sharing in urban and rural compulsory education due to the unbalanced development between rural and urban economy. A questionnaire survey named faculty movement and resources sharing in urban and rural compulsory education was conducted among teachers in Guantao, Heibei middle and primary schools. This part presents the problems and difficulties found during the survey. Also in this part, there are some analysis on such problems and difficulties. The fifth part is about the strategies for promoting faculty movement and resources sharing in urban and rural compulsory education.
