万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 近些年来，关于儿童教育的问题成为全社会广泛关注的热点问题，无论是政 府相关部门、专家学者，还是家长消费者，在对儿童教育的话题上都展开了全面 的探讨。“十八大”报告中，我国政府在多年来高度重视教育的基础上，进一步 对教育作出了详细的指示，尤其提出要“办好学前教育”、“鼓励引导社会力量兴 办教育”、“加强教师队伍”。在这样的大背景下，作为儿童音乐教育的重要培训 平台——民营类儿童音乐培训机构，是否能实现规范化的艺术管理从而让更多的 儿童从中受益，就成为了艺术管理者尤其是从事音乐教育培训管理人员必须要面 对和引起极大重视的核心问题。 笔者针对当前聚焦的这一热点问题，选取了在天津市具备一定影响力的民营 类机构——“天津红黄蓝儿童音乐培训机构”作为研究对象。（以下简称天津“红 黄蓝”）笔者首先对国内前人研究的同类探讨性文章进行整理、归纳，前人研究结 论主要集中在对某个机构现状的研究、对音乐培训市场的营销研究及对具体机构 本体研究等方面。对前人研究成果有一定了解的基础上，笔者深入天津“红黄蓝” 儿童音乐机构进行了为期一年的实习考察，收集了关于该机构的宝贵的一手资料。 文中首先对该机构的管理现状进行了分析和理论性的思考，与现有研究成果有所 不同，笔者在文中运用到了人力资源管理学、市场营销学、管理学中的一些思维 方法来对机构的产品管理、师资管理以及营销管理的现状进行阐述与分析。并在 此基础上，结合实地调研提供的资料依据，总结出了该机构在管理中积累的经验。 然而该机构在谋求扩大发展的同时，师资建设不完善、监管缺乏力度等问题也暴 露出来。最后，笔者在第五章节中针对该机构管理中面临的问题，提出了一些对 策建议，如积极出台规范化管理制度、提高教师从业准入门槛、完善产品研发体 系等多项策略的探讨。本文力求通过对该机构的管理现实状况的研究，能够为天 津市同类型儿童音乐培训机构未来的规范化管理及长远发展提供一些参考建议。 关键词 红黄蓝 儿童音乐培训机构 管理现状 对策 Abstract In recent years, questions about childrens education became a hot issue of the whole society wide attention, whether government related departments, experts and scholars, or parents to consumers, for the topic around the childrens education is a comprehensive discussion.
