情绪障碍与胃脘痛相关性研究及甘芪和胃颗粒疗效分析 　　【摘 要】目的 对胃脘痛患者的情绪障碍进行调查分析，揭示情绪障碍与胃脘痛的关联性及其分布特征，并观察甘芪和胃颗粒治疗伴有情绪障碍的胃脘痛患者的疗效。方法 采用调查问卷的方式，以Zung氏心理自评量表为测量工具，对200例胃脘痛患者进行流行病学现况调查。选取伴有情绪障碍的胃脘痛患者，根据量表评分分为轻、中、重三组，予甘芪和胃颗粒治疗两周，观察三组疗效。结果 有情绪障碍的胃脘痛患者共79例，占39.5%，其中女性多于男性、中老年患者多于年轻患者，有负性生活事件者占多数。甘芪和胃颗粒治疗三组的有效率分别是：89.3%，74.5%，61.2%；轻度情绪障碍组与中、重度组比较有统计学意义，P0.01。结论 情志障碍多与胃脘痛发病互为因果，相互影响。伴有情绪障碍的胃脘痛患者在职业、年龄、性别等方面存在明显差异，多伴有负性生活事件；在文化程度方面未见差异分布。甘芪和胃颗粒对胃脘痛伴情绪障碍患者有较好疗效，且未发现明显副作用。 　　【关键词】胃脘痛；Zung氏心理自评量表；流行病学调查；甘芪和胃颗粒 　　Abstract：Objective：to investigate the mood disorders in patients with weiwantong analysis，mood disorders and weiwantong correlation and its distribution characteristics，and watch the gansu stilbene and stomach granule in the treatment of patients with mood disorders weiwantong curative effect.Methods：with the method of questionnaire，Zungs mental self rating scale for measuring tool，on 200 patients with weiwantong epidemiological survey.Select weiwantong patients with mood disorders，according to rating scale into three group of light，medium and heavy to stilbene and stomach granule treatment two weeks，curative effect observation three groups.Results：a total of 79 patients with mood disorders of weiwantong，accounted for 39.5%，in which more women than men more than the young，middle-aged and old patients，negative life events is a majority.Gansu stilbene and stomach granule treatment of three groups of efficient respectively is：89.3%，74.5%，61.2%；Mild mood disorder group compared with medium and severe group was statistically significant，P 0.01.Conclusion：modern obstacle with the onset of weiwantong causal，influence each other.Weiwantong patients with mood disorders in such aspects as career，age，gender，obvious differences，with more negative life events；Cultural degree not seen differences in distribution.Gansu stilbene and stomach granule on patients with mood disorders with weiwantong has good curative effect，and found no significant side effects. 　　key words：weiwantong Zungs mental self rating s
