心理疏导护理模式对慢性前列腺炎患者术前恐惧影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析手术治疗前的心理疏导护理模式对慢性前列腺炎患者的应用价值。方法 随机选取该院2014年1月―2015年1月收治的100例行手术治疗慢性前列腺炎患者进行研究，根据随机数字表法分组。对照组病人接受常规护理，试验组病人在常规护理基础上接受心理疏导，对两组患者的护理满意度、情绪状态进行分析、比较。结果 实验组的SAS评分（46.5±2.5）分、SDS评分（50.3±3.8）分，比对照组（58.1±4.2）分及（58.2±4.7）分优越，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组的护理满意度100.00%明显比对照组82.00%高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 手术治疗前应用心理疏导有助于缓解慢性前列腺炎患者术前紧张、恐惧等不良情绪，提高护理满意度，有利于手术的顺利实施提高了患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 心理疏导；慢性前列腺炎；术前恐惧心理；影响作用 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）06（b）-0164-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the surgical treatment of chronic prostatitis patients before the application of psychological counseling care model for reference. Methods Ranclom selection the hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 surgical treatment of chronic prostatitis patients enrolled in the study 100 cases， grouped according to the random number table. Patients in the control group received routine care， patient test group received psychological counseling in routine care nursing model basis. The patients emotional state comparison of the two groups and care satisfaction. Results Experimental group of SAS， SDS score （46.5±2.5） points score （50.3±3.8） points， than the control group （58.1±4.2） and （58.2±4.7） points is superior， the difference is statistically significance （P 0.05）； Experimental group of nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group 82.00%， 100.00% difference exist statistical significance （P 0.05）.
