急性心肌梗死患者行急诊支架置入术护理措施 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者行急诊支架置入术的护理措施和效果。 方法 选取2010年6月～2012年5月本院行急诊支架置入术的急性心肌梗死患者80例，进行综合护理，观察护理效果。 结果 护理后共发生心律失常4例，血栓形成1例，穿刺损伤2例，尿潴留4例，对并发症进行针对性的护理，均取得良好效果，无死亡病例发生；术后6个月进行复查，预后良好；患者左室射血分数护理后明显提高，与护理前比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 加强急性心肌梗死患者行急诊支架置入术的综合护理，能够有效保证手术的顺利进行，降低并发症和死亡的发生率，效果显著。 　　[关键词] 急性心肌梗死；急诊支架置入术；护理 　　[中图分类号] R542.2+2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0144-02 　　Nursing measures on patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent emergency carotid stenting 　　YAN Jing-hong 　　Department of Cardiovascular Medicine，the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City in Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the nursing measures and nursing effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent emergency carotid stenting.Methods 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency carotid stenting in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed and given comprehensive nursing.Then the nursing effect was observed.Results After nursing，arrhythmia occurred in 4 cases，thrombosis occurred in 1 case，and puncture injury occurred in 2 cases，urinary retention occurred in 4 cases.The complications were given targeted nursing and it got good results，no death case occurrence.Review 6 months after surgery showed a good prognosis.The left ventricular ejection fraction of patients after nursing significantly increased than that of patients before nursing，with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion To strengthen comprehensive nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency carotid stenting，can effectively ensure the smooth progress of operation，reduce the occurrence of complications and mortality.The effect is remarkable. 　　[Key words] Acute myocardial infarction；Emergency carotid stenting；Nursing 　　急性心肌梗死是指冠状动脉闭塞导致急性、持续性缺血缺氧所引起的心肌坏死，并发症发生率较高，而且患者容易猝死，是临床一种急重症[1-2]。急诊支架置入术能够有效治疗急性心肌梗死，对患者造成的创伤小，恢复快，并发症发生少，是一种有效的治疗方法。为了探讨急性心肌梗死患者行急诊支架置入术的护理措施和效果
